I just bought this super cute top from american apparel and I'm really looking forward to its arrival. I think it will be really useful to have a black and white basic like this in my wardrobe; I can't wait to pair it with my light denim high waisted shorts!

So after a lot of boy trauma over the past week, I have finally turned fifteen. I'm not going to go into details about things that have happened so instead I will tell you about my presents. My parents gave me an entry level DSLR Canon which is absolutely gorgeous and I will probably be talking a lot about it on here as I figure out all the settings. My sister gave me the complete Sherlock box set *insert fangirl screaming here* and I also got some pastel pro markers, moleskin sketchbooks, an i-D magazine subscription, a photo album and lots of other cute stuff.
My friends gave me a magazine and I have to say they picked well because it contains interviews with Tavi Gevinson *~Queen~* and Lorde. I don't really feel fifteen yet but it always takes a while for it to sink in I guess. I also can't believe that I'm going to be sixteen in a year, that sounds so old! So yeah, well, I'll probably go out taking photos in the next few weeks, so I will probably post again soon.

In the meantime, here is some of my current inspiration for February. If you're one for a visual feast like me, enjoy..
